TOURNAMENT WITHDRAWAL POLICY
- Notice of Withdrawal must be received by the Tournament Director in writing. Email notification will be accepted. No refunds will be issued after the Registration Deadline.
- Practice Rounds played prior to the Registration Deadline will be deducted from approved refunds.
- Notice of withdrawal for compassionate reasons will be assessed on a per-case basis.
